Orders are shipped out twice a day from our warehouse. Orders will be dispatched that evening on the day the order was placed. Delivery times can vary based on your shipping address. Please allow up to two days to receive tracking information.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving. Any items returned outside of the 14 day period will be denied.

Boudicca Italy products are crafted with utmost care and precision, yet they are not immune to wear and tear. Such damage occurs naturally and unavoidably due to usage or aging. Defects in products usually pertain to errors in manufacturing or fabrication, and not due to user error.
To define "fair wear and tear," we have compiled a list of instances that are considered normal and not necessarily indicative of a product defect. However, if you believe that your problem does not align with these definitions, we urge you to send back the item for evaluation by our technical representative.
We subject all our knitwear to wear and care tests and create personalized care labels for each item with maintenance instructions. We consider the following to be "fair wear and tear":
Pilling: Soft, bulky yarns can experience pilling with use, which depends on factors like the wearer's activity level or whether the garment frequently contacts surfaces that cause friction. Pilling can be removed by hand or a de-pilling device.
Snagging: Knitwear can snag when it rubs against rough surfaces or jewelry. We recommend immediately fixing any snags or loose threads to prevent further damage.
Shrinkage: To prevent shrinkage, knitwear must be washed and maintained according to the care label. Any shrinkage is the user's responsibility.
Boudicca will do its best to process your return as quickly as possible, which should not normally exceed 30 days.
